CAW History

Since CAW was formed in 1997 it has effectively anticipated and responded to the changing needs and expectations of organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.  

CAW has helped organisations develop people, strategies and organisations to achieve success. As part of its work, the company has delivered project and programme management, process re-engineering, development and implementation of HR strategies and policies, organisational and cultural change, marketing, product and system development and strategic facilitation within, amongst others:

• The Department for Education and Skills;
• Learning and Skills Council National Office;
• Local Learning and Skills Councils;
• Regional Learning and Skills Councils;
• Learning and Skills Network (formerly LSDA);
• National SureStart Programmes; and
• Connexions South Yorkshire.
