Development of a Customer Relationships Management Database to Support the Standards Unit Regional Teams

Project Aim

Develop a robust, secure, report-enabled web-based database for input and use by the regions (supported by a training programme) from March 2005.

Project Outcome

A working web based model of CRM database, sited outside DfES, which can be used to input information by Standards Unit regional teams.

Developing the Real Times, Real Life programme for the UK market

Project Aim

Pilot and development of a new training programme.

Project Outcome

National rollout of the UK version of the programme.
