Mapping Of Current NETP Brokerage Provision and Database Development (Phase 2)
Project Aim
1. Identify and map all forms of brokerage offered in support of the broad skills agenda across the East of England region.
2. Identify and describe the stakeholder and partner networks that exist across the East of England region.
3. Identify and describe the 'database and data sharing' systems and processes that exist across the East of England region and those which are being developed to support the implementation of Train to Gain either nationally or regionally.
4. Evaluate these systems and processes and propose options for supporting the implementation of Train to Gain in terms of brokerage activity in terms of brokerage activity in Year 1.
Project Outcome
1. Produce data reports in user-friendly format for incorporation into a project report and presentation.
2. Produce an analysis of each of the brokerage functions and organisations.
3. Develop and produce a project report for presentation to the Regional Project Managers and others as appropriate.

Project Title
Review of Progress in Train to
Gain
Project Aim
- Review progress and spend to date against agreed key priority
areas;
- Identify measurable outcomes to date and highlight successes;
- Make suggestions and recommendations for action that will make
effective use of funding available in years 2 and 3; and
- Present the findings of the review to the Learning and Skills
Council and the Regional Skills Group at an appropriate time to
inform planning decisions.
Project Outcome
A short report to present to the Learning and Skills Council and the Regional Skills Group.

Project Title
Creating a Project Plan to Manage the East of England Employer Training Pilots to Completion and to Launch the National Employer Training Programme (Phase 1)
Project Aim
Work with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) in the East of England to draw best practice from the local Employer Training Pilots (ETP) to develop an implementation plan for the National Employer Training Programme 'Train to Gain' at regional level.
