Develop and produce an induction Partnership portfolio to aid people's involvement and understanding of the role and purpose of the Partnership and what it would mean to become a member of this group.

To produce Sure Start Kendray and Worsbrough Partnership handbook based upon requirements indicated by Partnership.

Develop and facilitate a series of events for SureStart Teams which will look at: - getting to know the team; - explore the skills and attitudes that each brings to the team; and - motivate and drive team members.

A series of events for SureStart Teams nationwide.

Review and improve effectiveness through company's structures, systems, processes and values. Improve team working through identifying individual knowledge skills and other qualities.

Organise a two day Event and produce an Action Plan for team and individual development.
